Hi Alison,

Yes I have already been tested though the specialist did do a blood test a week before the colonoscopy for coeliacs disease but he found nothing wronging with my colon or up GI so he said I had IBS. I also had a Endoscopy that same day as i get alot of reflux and stomach problems, though that is still present I do got to watch what I eat, and lessen my stressful life.

your email was very useful and have put into practise some things that may help me, cross fingers. Before all the specialist appts i went to a naturapath and she asked me to go off wheat and dairy for 3 weeks which helped alot but to have the tests done i had to go back to normal meals so that if anything would show up, such as coeliacs. They did find inflammation in my intestines which would/could of resulted in long periods of diarreah. Now i am diagnosed I will now go back to illiminating wheat and dairy just to see if it makes me feel alot better, I have always thought it was something i am eating but just couldnt put my finger on it. I will look and see about a vega machine, sounds very interesting and will shorten the illimination span…

When xmas is over, i intend to buy your book, it looks like something that should be in the kitchen and a bible not a self help book. Thankyou for all your advice i really appreciate it.
