IBS Trigger foods to avoid
The foods that trigger IBS are often those that you eat on a regular basis and probably foods that you may be sensitive to. There are also foods that can be very pro-inflammatory.
The best way of helping IBS is to avoid your trigger foods, or the foods you are sensitive to.
The following foods can cause IBS flare-ups and should be avoided if they bother you.
